Erica is a certified Soma+IQ™ Breathwork facilitator with a deep passion for holding safe, intentional space for others on their healing journeys. Her own transformation through breathwork was nothing short of life-changing, and it's this powerful experience that fuels her commitment to the practice today.
While she takes each breathwork journey seriously, honoring the emotional depth and healing that can unfold, Erica brings a warm, down-to-earth presence to every session. You’ll feel supported, seen, and maybe even laugh a little along the way.

FAQs
What style of breathwork will we be doing?
o Soma+IQ™ Somatic Breathwork is the modality we will be practicing. It offers equal parts of activating the nervous system to clear out stuck and stagnant energy, and then a calming and relaxing half to integrate and repattern what may have come up.
What can I expect from the event?
o We never know where the breath will take us. It’s common to feel emotions and bodily sensations arise. These are simply energies that are ready to be cleared from your system. You may also receive insights or ‘ah-ha’ moments, clarity and a deeper connection to your higher self. Deep relaxation and a sense of peace, especially in the second half of the session, may also be felt.
What do I need to bring?
o A water bottle, chapstick and dress in layers, as body temperatures can fluctuate in the breath. We will provide a yoga mat, bolster and blanket. Feel free to bring additional items to add more comfort if you’d like. A journal is also recommended in case you want to jot down insights that came through at the end of the session.
How long are we breathing?
o There will be a short introduction and explanation of what to expect in the beginning of the session. Then we will spend 1 hour in the breath. At the end, there will be time for an integration circle if anyone feels called to share their experience and connect in community.
Can anyone attend?
o No prior breathwork experience necessary, all levels are welcome. There are, however, some health contraindications listed in the waiver in the checkout section. If you have any concerns regarding the status of your health and attending this event, please consult your physician first. Must be 18+.
